1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Slice avocado in half and take out pit.
3.Slide egg into avocado half and put onto a skillet.
4. I garnished with Old Bay, Salt, Pepper and cinnamon before cooked.
5. Put into oven for 10 minutes, or until it is to your liking!
