Poached Eggs with Pesto Sauce and Billionaire's Bacon


How to poach an egg:
1. Bring water to simmer in a 2-4 inch sauce pan and add a few big drops of vinegar.
2. Put egg in small bowl.
3. Once simmering slide egg into water.
4. After 5 minutes or however you like your eggs cooked take out of pan with a big spoon with holes.

Pesto Sauce: Sugar, Pesto, whole milk
1. Combine pesto and milk to a low simmer.
2. Add small amount of sugar depending on your sweet tooth!

Isabelle's Billionaires Bacon
1. Pre-heat oven to 425
2. Combine in bowl, brown sugar, pepper salt, cinnamon.
3. Roll bacon strips in spices until they are fully covered!
4. Lightly drizzle honey on top.
5. Put bacon on pan and put into oven for 15 minutes.
